FrameUs does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number during normal use.

The only data we handle is:

• Photo data — when you click the Save button in the Customize step, the composite photo (your captured photos + chosen frame + filter) is uploaded to our cloud storage provider (Cloudinary). This image is stored temporarily to generate a shareable link.
• Camera access — your browser camera is accessed in real-time for the photobooth session only. We do not record, store, or transmit your live camera feed to any server.

• To generate a unique shareable link for your photo session.
• To allow you and others to view and download the photo via the share link.
• To display an Open Graph preview image when the link is shared on social media.

We do not use your photos for advertising, profiling, or any commercial purpose.

Photos uploaded to our cloud storage are automatically deleted after 24 hours (1×24) from the time of upload. After this period, the share link will no longer display the photo.

FrameUs uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Cloudinary — cloud storage for uploaded photo results. Their privacy policy can be found at cloudinary.com/privacy.
• Vercel — hosting platform. Their privacy policy can be found at vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.

FrameUs does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or any third-party tracking scripts. No personal browsing data is collected or sold.

FrameUs is designed for general audiences and is safe for all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from users of any age group. Since no registration is required, no personal information is stored on our servers.

All data transmission between your browser and our servers is encrypted via HTTPS. Uploaded photos are stored securely on Cloudinary's infrastructure and are automatically removed after the retention period.

Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal profile to access, correct, or delete. If you wish to request the removal of a specific shared photo before the 24-hour retention period, please contact us at the email below with the share link.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of FrameUs after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
